- All services will be performed by qualified technicians or contractors employed or engaged by Service Provider.

2. Products

- Products sold by A2ZExpert are guaranteed to meet our quality standards and specifications.

- All product purchases are subject to availability and may be limited by stock levels.

3. Fees and Payments

- Fees for services and products provided by A2ZExpert are specified at the time of purchase or engagement.

- Payment is due at the time of service or purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Policy:

- All services provided by A2ZExpert, including home maintenance services, repairs, and product purchases, are non-returnable and non-refundable once completed or performed.

- Exceptions may be made for defective products, as outlined in our Returns and Warranty Policy.

5. Access to Premises

- Client agrees to provide Service Provider with access to the premises at mutually agreed-upon times for the provision of services.

- Service Provider will take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of Client's property during service visits.

6. Liability

- Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the provision of services or use of products, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Disputes:

- Any disputes or issues arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Delhi Jurisdiction.

- Both parties agree to attemp to resolve any disputes or issues amicably before pursuing legal action.

8. Amendments

- These Terms may be amended or updated from time to time at the discretion of A2ZExpert.

- Any changes to these Terms will be communicated to clients and users through our website or other appropriate channels.

9. Governing Law:

- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi Jurisdiction.

10.when

a customer enters into a direct agreement with a technician company, the company will not be held responsible for any physical or financial losses incurred.
